NW9: Total members = 12. Confirmed attendance = 11. Not attending = 1 (Victor DE - reason: started new job in October which has a 90 day prohibitive policy of taking time off and he works on Saturdays). All members have been proactive in responding and none has left ms on read.

There could be one with emphasis on stamina and shoulder endurance. Even neck for possible self defense situations where the head can be in jeopardy.
