I went out today and flyered Lewiston, Moscow, and University of Idaho (also in Moscow).
Marcus, Johnny, an unaffiliate and I went out on Tuesday night and did a banner drop and stenciling in Couer d'Alene.
Marcus did several sticker runs last weekend.
@Johnny ID Did not do any sticker runs to my knowledge.

Technically today was supposed to be my rest day, but I just got into the habit of doing something every day and ended up doing my next round of strength training a day early lol. That being said, my workouts today were:

Squats (115lbs) - Bumped it up by 10 lbs from last time
Barbell Row (95lbs)
Bench Press (75lbs)
Pushups, Situps, planks, and more attempts (with 1 success) at pull ups.
Also did lots of walking around town while out flyering today, at least 1 mile of which was a constant incline, so I counted that for calorie tracking purposes.

Net calories: 768
Calorie deficit: 1585

@Marcus WA @Johnny ID Are you two available this Tuesday or Wednesday night? I would like us to go and stencil that train before the demo, and throw a banner in Lewiston as well.

Taking my rest day today. Net calories are 1313. Calorie deficit is 1040.

The scale has still not moved from 223 for me. I'm confused more than anything, but just to make sure it's not a problem with the scale itself I'm gonna buy a new one tomorrow. I've tried weighing myself even at different times of the day, in the morning when I wake up and in the evenings and it's the same each time.

As far as other progress goes, since I started the stronglifts 5x5 program on Oct 30th:
Squats: 55lbs at start to 115lbs now
Bench: 50lbs at start to 75lbs now
Barbell row: 70lbs at start to 95lbs now
Deadlift: 105lbs at start to 155lbs now
Overhead Press: 50lbs at start to 60lbs now. This one has less progress because I forgot to set it to increase by 5lbs each time in the app like I did with the rest, and I didn't realize until last week that I was doing the same weight each time. I'll probably add 10lbs the next two times to catch it up to the rest.

I have been using it.

Yeah. My Fitness Pal set my calorie limit at 1520 to lose about 2lbs a week, and I've pretty consistently gotten under that, some days even half of it when factoring in exercise. I do feel like I'm gaining muscle though.

Lost 22lbs since June. Feels good man.

While I've lost the weight I unfortunately can't say this so much. I do still struggle with snacking (though admittedly it has lessened significantly over the past month) and caffeine is still one of my, if not the, biggest vices I have. I've lessened the impact of that vice mainly by switching to zero calorie options such as Bang (finally found several flavors I like) or Monster Zero Ultras (had one today) and, if I do have a sugary one, I balance it out with the 30 minutes to an hour that I spend on the treadmill doing 12% incline walks at 3-4mph, which more than burns off the calories from the drink. I still have my vices, but I'm doing my best to make sure that they don't stop my progress.

That being said, I will make it a goal to not have any caffeine at least from the moment I leave for the event on friday, if not longer.

Planks, pushups, situps, 1 pull up and several more attempts and 30 minutes of incline walking at 4mph today.

Net calories: 782
Calorie deficit: 1571

Well I'm running a minimum of a 1000 calorie deficit most days right now (today's was over 1500) and my lifts have been increasing steadily over the course of the month so if they're slowing it down I'm still plowing through it lol

I do understand though, and it is something I'm working towards kicking entirely.

@all Reportedly many antifa Twitter accounts have been getting locked after a recent policy change and have been forced to remove doxxing posts in order to get their accounts back. Now would probably be a good opportunity to get as many of these doxxes of our guys taken down as possible.

Each train car is just under 4ft tall and about 35ft long (that's 35ft of usable space). This means that the train cars can each fit the equivalent of what I put on that banner, if the url is placed, stacked,, on the end rather than underneath.

The one we're doing isn't even at a station. It's just abandoned, on the rails, on the side of the highway.

He conveniently "forgot" that we were meeting in Lewiston for the actions today, and instead went to our CDA meeting spot (2 hours away), despite me specifying multiple times that the actions were in or around Lewiston, after he had tried to cancel last minute because he "Wanna spend time with the wife before I head off, I got some extra purchases to make and don’t need to spend the gas.". So when our 11pm meeting time comes around, he's still 2 hours away in CDA which forces me to cancel it because I can't be out til 2-3am tonight because I have an appointment in the morning.

I can't say for certain that he did it on purpose, but it certainly feels that way.
