Yeah theyre probably trying to use ethnic intimidation to get them to close their shop in dearborn

Thanks for checking in again Walter. Great to see you using progressive overload and squatting 5 lbs more than last time and incorporating the low intensity cardio as well. That helps with burning calories but not getting burned out like something such as running everyday would do to you. It seems as though you

ve lost 17 pounds so far so just keep it up

Happy Thanksgiving @all Cherish the time with your families and enjoy that delicious food. However, don't disregard all the work you've been putting in and throw a month's worth of weight loss in the drain during this holiday season

Happy thanksgiving guys

Great job James. The plank is a real burner. Tackle that mile next man, you got it

Sorry about that Thomas

You guys are all sharing your fitness journey so I'll share a little of mine. About a year ago I was 237 pounds. I have had these ideas since maybe 2017 ish but never had the fire to get into better shape. It wasn't until a couple guys like rundo started pushing the fitness stuff that I took a hard look in the mirror. I was obese. I knew I had to make a change. I would be in this group not as the spreadsheet guy but as a participant like all of you if I didn't just join PF a month and a half ago. I started out doing intermittant fasting and keto and lost about 20 pounds doing that. I was doing weight training, burpees, and some body weight training. I don't know what I could do in terms of the weights, but I know I definately couldn't do a pullup. I dropped the intermittant fasting and keto just for the sake of praciticality and bought a food scale with the intention of counting my calories. This is how I lost the last 40 pounds. During this whole period I was weight training, body weight training and doing low intensity cardio. For the pullups, I started doing australian pullups, then progressed to chinups, then I finally got my first pullup after a super long time. Now my goal is to put on size and weight while maintaining proficiency at the body weight stuff. I weighed in at 185 today, so I'm slowly gaining weight. I can comforably pass the fitness test now but I would've likely failed every aspect of it a year ago. Hopefully sharing this will help some of you and inspire you. I know my fitness journey is nowhere near complete, as I would like to put on alot more size, but you guys can absolutely go from obese to fairly fit in not that long of a time period if you're very dedicated.

I'm not picking anyone up right?

Hey yall made it on western chauvinist

Thanks for checking in again Nathan. Its nice to see you have a game plan and a long term goal you're striving for. Keep pushing up and sitting up

Ok

Great to see the strength numbers going up and the consistency Walter

Its a bastardization of a push, pull, legs split where I mix in running and walking days when I need to/am sore. For a push day, I'll do dumbell press the pressing movements, maybe some isolation stuff like skullcrushers or flys, and then dips or pushups. Honestly I like doing body weight stuff better so like when the weather was hot, I would just do a pushup routine, of which I'll link if I find it after. Or last push day, I just did regular pushups with a 45 on my back until I had had enough. I did a few sets of 15 and then a 15 down. Pull day I always start off with pullups, then I usually do weighted chinups or dumbell rows, then shrugs and bicep curls. But somedays Ill just do one exercise like weighted chinups, I like those alot. For legs, lunges and stiff legged deadlifts if I use my dumbells, or I'll do a high rep body weight squat workout, either a down workout or a deck of cards workout. Jack is 11 reps, queen 12, king 13, ace 14. You shuffle the deck and draw one card at a time. its 424 reps in total. I've also done red cards are squats and black cards are lunges. You could also do this with pushups. I do alot of bodyweight prison style stuff and dumbell stuff cause I dont have a barbell or go to a gym. Now Ive been doing the planks at the end of most workouts and have been doing neck exercises with a plate a couple times a week as well

Theres the video. I did it with 2 cinderblocks. Great pump. I worked up to doing more than the 500 pushups but that took awhile. For the deck of cards workouts, if you guys want to try it, you can always take cards out of the deck when you're starting off. Its a little change of pace so give the deck of cards stuff a try if you want

Do you/they have a bowl for me to use for the gravy? Right now Im planning on bringing it in a pan just so I have the secure lid and idk if yall have a pan. I'll bring a ladel too

At Walmart

Great job Nathan. The guys told me about you quitting that other job due to the mandatory masks lol

That’s a lot of calories burned. Keep it up and maybe try to post more about your weight and fitness standards.

Mr consistency. See if you can do any of the easier pull-up variations like Australian pull-ups. Else you could try jumping up to the bar and letting yourself down as slowly as you can. Can also try holding yourself with your chin above the bar.

Will do. If it was one sticker I woulve video'd it but with the 2 I had to reach into my pocket to get another sticker. But I'll get the video next time

Thanks. I even dug up caveman @ND - Carter MO 's FBI sticker

Yes

Even my mom knows father coughlin. She told me he raised all the money to build the shrine with his radio show. He was unbeliebably popular but I don't even know if they recognize him with any acknowledgements or anything in his namesake there. But I didn't know they have gay flags there now. I just drove by there last week but didn't look. Terrible

I haven't read any harry potter or seen star wars but I would say harry potter is peak bugmanism while star wars is more acceptable but still somewhat lame. I don't know anything about slitherin or whatever, but I've heard white nationalists argue that you can like harry potter if you like slitherin. Theyre supposedly right wing and based while harry potter and his side are a bunch of egalitarian fags

tfw you realize niggas was third positionists and completely disillusioned with the 2 party system 90 years ago

Dude I am amped for this action report

Hey @all . Its coming up on the end of the month. It would be great if you'd sound off in the coming week with a monthly recap of your progress throughout November before the december thing. This is a great opportunity for you guys who haven't been so active in the chat to tell us how you've been doing for the last 30 days or so. Everybody just give a synopsis of your weight progression, weightlifting progression, pt exercises progression, and anything else you'd like to share.

You are indeed a well traveled young man

badass video. Great job guys. Seems like y'all had a great last couple months. Glad I was part of the hike at least. burn baby burn

Nice man. Once you get the bug to workout, its sometimes hard to take a day off. Like your day feels incomplete. Rest is important though but you insist you could always do some core training, neck training, stretching, random stuff like that if you really feel like working out but don't want to lift or do cardio

Thanks Wilson. I recorded that for this month. Patrick had some great advice for you there

I was 237 pounds. I don't recall how long ago this was because I did not have a myfitnesspal until March 1. Then I recorded my weight at 208. So maybe around December 2020-January 2021 was when I started losing weight. The lowest I got down to was around 173 a little over a month ago. Thats 64 pounds. However, that is incredibly light for my height so now I'm gaining weight back slowly while trying to maintain the same belt loop in my pants. I worked hard to fit into 32 inch pants and thats what my uniform pants are so I don't want to put on belly fat and not be able to fit into them. Basically my long term goal is to be as heavy as I can be with liking the way I look and being able to do all the body weight training I like to do with the high rep body weight stuff. Today I weighed in at 183. Pretty much my whole weightloss journey happened before joining pf about a month and half ago because of people on telegram like rundo pushing physical fitness. I'd say it took me about 10 months to lose the 60 ish pounds

Based. Eating a lot of calories but living an active lifestyle. you can take in more nutrients this way. This is more like how our ancestors lived. They walked many miles per day, chopped wood, built structures, etc. This enabled them to eat tons of food but still be lean. Seems like you're right where alot of us aspire to be in terms of fitness, metabolism and nutrient intake.

I think they did p90x

Great progress with the weights this month man. Recorded it all

Ok got you at 223 now on the spreadsheet. Keep it going Alan

Good job Hugh. Got you down for losing 4-5 pounds this month

Thanks for all the checkins last night guys. Recorded all of it. Glad you finally got a better scale Walter, that must have been bugging you alot where you were doing everything right but it didn't show on the scale.

You first need to determine whether you're going to get a gym membership or keep working out at home. You're likely going to have to spend a little money either way. If you want to just workout at home, you've got to figure out a way to do some sort of pullup. Maybe you want to get one of those things you install in a doorway or find a park nearby with a bar,, whatever. I wouldn't recommend getting heavy dumbells for pressing unless you want to spend money on a bench. Getting some power rack with a barbell and plates will run you alot of money so thats out of the question. Also, I can (((loan))) you a 45 plate so you or your roommate can put it on your back for pushups. This will drastically increase the difficulty and give you more gains in a couple weeks than the whole month of pushups you've been doing, almost guaranteed. The cheapest way to do it would be to find a park nearby with a bar for pullups. You could then do a push, pull, legs split with no equipment except maybe the 45 plate. The push day would consist of only pushups, pull day at the park with just pullups, and a leg workout consisting of squats and lunges for now. Right now you're only hitting chest, triceps, shoulders, and abs. You've got to change this in order to get a more well'rounded physique because you're completely neglecting your back, biceps and legs. And if you get the gym membership you will need to incorporate this same philosophy of working out all the main muscle groups, likely on different days, except you will be using more weights and machines to achieve the same goal.

Ok I can bring the plate on friday when I come pick you up. Problem is if I don't pick you up where you live, you're going to carry it. Else I can just hold onto it for one more weekend and give it to Benjamin and he can drive it to where yall live. Up to you. The second option probably is better. Also, putting that thing on your back is inanely hard. I'd highly recommend getting a shitty but wide backpack you don't mind damaging to put the weight into. It really does help alot. Lmk what you want to do

I dm'd you. I think you can handle the 45 because you said you can do 50 pushups but you're pretty light. I can get you a 25 if it doesn't work out. However, the added resistance is going to shock your body big time. You're really going to be straining to get more than 10-15 reps forsure. This is a good thing since it more simulates the resistance you would be getting from the bench press. Since you weigh 130, you're pushing up about 90 pounds. With the added 45 pounds you'll be pressing the equivalent of about 135. Once you get the weight on your back and do your first set, you'll have an idea of how many reps and sets you can do so get creatiev and make up your own workout

I'll plan on getting it to you the weekend after next

Alright. Got you down as a lean mean 215

Just a reminder to message me the location of where you want to get picked up at. Then I can do the math and tell you and Eric what times to be ready. Reply when you can

Ok thanks. I messaged Nathan so I'll let you know the times when I here from him

I'll pick you up first at 8:15

Be ready at 8:30 am. Im getting Eric at 8:15

Awesome man. You're almost there. You're already more lean than most people nowadays

Thanks for checking in Sean. Seems like you're well on your way to your goal. I had sciatica too. Athlean-x on youtube has some stretches that helped me alot. I also stopped sitting with one leg crossed over the other. Haven't had a problem since then but your condition might be more severe

Yeah. I forget the specifics exactly but I believe you need to stretch a specific muscle because it is pushing on your nerve that runs from your lower back, through your glute and down your leg And yes, those were the symptoms i had with it being real bad but light activity made it better

If you want some quick relief, try crossing your right leg over your left while sitting and pushing lightly down towards the floor with your arm/elbow. If that doesn't help, try watching that guys vids and the chiro should help

Push the right knee lightly towards the floor with your arm/elbow when its crossed over

Terrible explantion. Im retarded. I'll try again. Sit down. Make sure your left leg is at a 90 degree angle. Cross your right leg over so your right ankle is on top of your left thigh. Then apply light downward pressure to your right knee with your arm and elbow.

Ok yeah. I used a lacrosse ball too to roll it out. I don't remember all the triggers that I figured out which made it worse. But I managed to completely fix it over a matter of weeks so yours should be alot better soon

At saline Walmart

I think it’s been shared in the admin chat. It’s on my computer so I don’t have access to it. Ask Leo maybe, he has it

Maybe 930. Were stopping for dinner

I believe we’re here

Nvm onw

We’re having trouble finding the location. The gps has taken us to 2 different deadends. We’re on the right road I think

Ok. I’ll hold onto all the stuff. I know I have Nathan’s jacket, maybe your bag Alan, and some other stuffAlso, you can still see the paint around the edges of the windows. I do have a lie prepared but I need to take care of the paint. I’ll try to do it today @Alan MI @Nathan MI

Yep, I'll do that today. lmk when @Nathan MI Also, I'm going to watch some youtube videos about this. We got 95 percent of it off. Just in the heavy downlighting of the garage light, you can still tell theres paint around the edges

Hey. Just to let you know I'm only going to be available one day a week for the next few months except for large events. It could be either saturday or sunday where we can do all the stuff you want to do but I need one weekend day for studying. Like lets say you want to do pt and stenciling, we'd have to do it all in one day in order for it to work for me because I can't devote both weekend days to activism. I'll keep up with the stickers though

I went to autozone this morning and got some more goof off. Also used soapy water and a razor blade on the windows to get all the paint on the edges of the window. I didn't even have to make up a lie yet cause the car looks pretty good ha. Thanks again

Worked great. If theres still a little paint on the windows or the edges of the window, you can put soapy water on the windows and lightly run a razor blade at a 45 angle around the window to get the rest of the paint off. The goof off took like 95 of it off though

Yes I had my personal vehicle there and it was a ford. My windows and windshield were spraypainted. I also had some keying on the side of the car. It was very minor and I got pretty much all the paint off. I'm likely not going to take it in for service. All I spent money on was acetone, goof off and towels.

Probably around 50 dollars between the 2 things of goof off, acetone, towels and a power car wash

Keep it up Walter. Its great that you're cataloging all this so you know what you're doing on all your lifts

The chart says you weigh 110 pounds. You have the unique position of need to hit the fridge hard while most others are trying to abstain from food. I don't know what you do for training but you need to put on a significant amount of muscle. Lifting weights through something like patricks recommended 5x5 program would be ideal for you. Starting off with body weight stuff is difficult if you're new to working out. My evidence for this is the fact that your max pushups are 10. you can either drop to your knees to do a whole bunch more of them or start weight training to build up your strength base. Then you'll be more successful with bodyweight stuff.

Well I don't know what a typical workout week looks like but you need to pick it up. You're getting beat in every aspect of the fitness test by people who are obese and morbidly obese. Theres no reason you can't get your plank up over a minute when youre that skinny. Same with the mile. Were all pulling for you Ryan but you need to put in some more effort. I'd like to see some concrete weight lifting numbers with your updates like how Walter does his. Report on what you are doing, not what you're planning on doing

lol

I hope so

Keep rollin rollin rollin. Congrats on the squats. Must feel great to throw the big boys on there

Where are all the fat people????? And Dinesh dzouza saying were all feds too. I hate that ant looking guy so much. Every person not a rabid leftist doing extreme damage control to make sure their audience doesn'nt check us out

Awesome, thanks man

Ok. We doing something Saturday too? I'll make it work

Is Benjamin going to be there? I’m supposed to give him all the stuff that was left in my car. I also need to give Nathan a weight plate

Ok we can do that

I think we have at least 4 guys who could do shields but no one to teach us. Also the camera guys might benefit from having their own shield guy becuase theyre isolated and vulnerable to attck

I spent 50 dollars on goof off, acetone, towels and a car wash. Its no problem guys. I don't need any compensation for the spray paint and minor vandalism

I think towards the middle. I was always on the right. I didn’t have a patch on my hat and I had my camelback on with an upside down flag. And yeah I haven’t seen myself either

There was someone 2 rows ahead of me complaining about their feet and boots. That might have been Francis. It was me and Robert nj on the left and right and someone else in the middle

I also didn’t have a jacket patch

For a lot of it where I took my sunglasses off and could actually see

I didn’t look behind me but I’d guess I was in fromt of y’all. There was maybe 10-15 rows in front of me

I ate like shit and still lost a couple pounds over the weekend. Gained em back though

a nigga gotta eat
