Hey brother, what time will you be arriving at camp?

It depends on where it's at but I'll probably take off that day so early in the day.

I've put in to be off that Friday, will most likely get it. So there is the possibility that I will be bringing a truck and box trailer to the camp ground, which I've discussed with Sam. I know that we will be talking to some people about the camp site and persuading them to let us stay. With that being said, it wouldn't be a good idea to pull up with a truck and trailer right off the bat. So we may need to make some arrangements to possibly meet up before hand and leave my truck and trailer elsewhere. Let me know what your thoughts are.

There is a vehicle exchange close to the camp site. We can leave it there.
We will also be doing security at that VE.

Meet guys coming in there, check them for any weapons, make sure they are instructed as to what to do and how to act and to bot wear a uniform. Then we will get into a car and have them folloe us to the campsite

Ya I offered it to Sam and he said that it could be used for storage.

The crate would be removed before bringing it to camp.

Plenty of space for a cooking area perhaps, storage, and if possible I'd bring my sleeping cot to sleep in it rather than a tent on the ground.

I know virginia is under a strict fire ban at the moment due to dry weather and I'd imagine cooking outside in the wind would be rather difficult

This whole operation depends on us 2, we have to set the right first impression with the owners. Their house is on the same lot, far enough tho

So we have to be on our A game, social. Smiling, have our story straight because they will most likely be prying for details

Staying up north in a hotel, all of which is to be determined but I'll have a hotel and city by the afternoon of Monday
