I reviewed the interviewee record for the infiltrator. I actually conducted it, although I mostly don’t remember. I must have thought he was suspicious at the time because I had Jason TX append “Use caution” after accepted. I guess I didn’t think he was suspicious enough to not go through to in-person vetters. His answers themselves are not suspicious, I probably just picked up on nervousness or odd behavior. I’m going to forward it in here.

Why join: has been reading a lot on telegram, views on politics changed, concerened with the nation and the "diversity discourse". values the white race. disapointed that the media has made people feel guilt. [regarding proud boys] "not interested in a drinking club" and is a "serious person". reads a lot of "AI" and "Rationality", stuff that approached "race science". diversity is a contributor to why we need to worry about white guilt. other races in America can be parasitic. just heard the term "slave morality" in phil 101. "history is written by the victors." judaism employs slave morality.

Q5: first heard about us 1 - 2 years ago. got interested in PF again after seeing us in the news. doesn't think antifa is super relavant. walked through CHAZ once. antifa has lots of skinny, fat trans people that aren't much of a threat. never had an interaction with antifa in person.

Q6: never heard of civic nationalism. thinks of the term "migrant" as somone fleeing their country to come here rather than fix their own country. Would be ok with a migratory foreigner of European descent. America is a White nation, founded by White people, White culture is strong. Diversity can be harmful.

Q7: family is primarily German with some English and French. Father's side's Grandmother came from Russia, was a "Volle-Deutsche". Mother's side is European as well. Describes self as German.

Q8: No political groups in the past. No activism other than 4chan IIRA thing. Mostly has friends online. Has chatted on Telegram, but now usually lurks. Q11: biggest threat(s): global warming and mass migration. we have a fake two party system. we put more work into israel and middle easterm conflicts than the US itself. slow creep of cultural marxism.

Q12: catches up on twitter, local blogs, environmental vlogs, follows western chauvinist, work channels.

Q13: white nationalist with eco fascist tendencies. entry into ecofascism is from the cascadia channel he follows. took ecology/environmental classes in college. migration problem is part of the environmental changes. we can be self sustaining, we don't need to rely on other countries. reads mostly articles on ecology. can think of any books or influential people. was intriduced to the idea that we are the caretakers of the land.

Q14: was more religious growing up than he is now. met people with different religious beliefs in college. no conflicts.

I remember this guy now. He acted sus and Patrick TX asked him for a screenshot from his telegram app, and it had no channels and “Message deleted” was still on the top. Told us he was deleting a message from a friend and he didn’t want to accidentally dox him.

We should’ve just trusted our gut.

I’m positive it was just a feeling that I had about him. And then we asked him to screenshot his telegram and there was “Message deleted” at the top + he had no channels subscribed to. But he came up with a reasonable excuse super quickly so we decided to let it slide.

That's a good idea, if someone is suspicious early on, get into a chat so you have their undivided attention, then ask for a screenshot like that for proof. If there is big delay or hesitation, kick em

Like we need a way to record "infractions" or something, so like last min no show needs to be reported and logged. Date and type of incident. If we see a pattern then we can be cautious

Only NDs know about it so it's invisible to normal users. But we could log lots of things. Talking about guns or violence. Asking for personal info. Etc

This stuff happens over months and it's hard to notice patterns perhaps. You don't want to create a culture of paranoia for normal members, but NDs could make it more logical in addition to gut feelings. Help catch suspicious behavior. Being active then not active at all is another sign.

For suspicious members, we could require proof of a sock account that is aligned with the views they described. Some might not have it, but in interview you could ask about sock accounts on Twitter or gab, and if they say they do,later on you ask for their handle and ask they post something unique temporarily to verify it's there's. This would only be required if you have that gut feeling and aren't sure and want more concrete proof

One thing to is that NDs should be able to kick guys in a gut feeling. I recall some guys telling me how Vincent WA seemed weird on the hike.

If someone seems off in just their interactions with people but not their actions that should enable thenND to make a judgement call.

Personally, for the Activsim channel, I would just have people upload to a "write only" folder, they can only write and read their own posts. They can't see the raw pics that others have posted. That would solve the situation entirely.

Not sure if that feature is in RC.

We could also have a bot that people upload their activism photos too. And that bought doesn't even need anything special it could just be someone's job to log in as that bot and download them but it could forward it to another channel with just a few people in it who need to have access to activism. Or it could repost those images in a public channel but that way it's washed away the members who posted it if that is what we're trying to hide

My personal concerns with the current activism channel upload process are: 1) raw photos available to everyone. 2) location with name and time 3) Patterns being developed in activism to get an area where people live 4) Dox fluff content

Thomas categorizes this as very low risk content, but I feel it is medium risk. People are creatures of habit and it is a ton of details if a smart person had access to just that channel I bet they could give an area of living for each person in the org over time. If there was a way where the names were stripped and pics "changed" somehow (maybe low rez, etc.) we could take the inbound raw pics, then turn it into something like "NC Activists did X stickerings today". That could also essentially count up our activism totals too if people used standardized state codes.

Once again if it was web only we could use js to remove names

Implementing a password policy would be easy. We just need to define the complexity we want. Then we need to gradually Force users to change their password. Admins can go into the user panel and individually select users to require them to change their password on their next login.

Hopefully they can use the same password that they currently use as long as it's complex enough. Probably something that should be in an announcement

These are the proposed cloudflare changes that will block any connection that has API in it that isn't coming from the victory server IP address which I don't have on hand right now. This isn't tested but if it breaks stuff we can just turn it off. Now if this works correctly people will not be able to use the app so do we need to tell everyone to get onto the browser or have we already told that to everybody
