I'm no longer going to be the acting network scribe for my network so I messaged Thomas about taking on the IC role officially. But he mentioned that you were interested in the role as well. Is it something that would be very important to you?

Well to be honest I want to contribute a lot to the interview team, I think it would be fine for me to be a sort of 2nd in command for interview stuff.

You've been the unofficial IC for some time now anyway. I want to expand my duties in my Network.

T and I talked about it for some time and he asked me who I thought should be IC, I said you. Then he said you couldnt because you were going to be Scribe, so I volunteered.

Are you absolutely positive that you would be okay with a second in command type deal? You have been working very hard on the interview team and I don't feel like I have any particular skill that you don't have.

As far as interviews go.

It is more just something that would make me happy, to receive the official recognition, but not at the expense of taking something from you that you are really passionate about.

I mean I could go either way. I would be really happy with the recognition as well, if I'm being honest. I certainly think the workload would be more substantial than a Scribe role, and I think Nathan AR would do well in that, probably the same or better than I since I do interview stuff a lot.

It's hard to say. I don't want to make a declarative yes, but part of me... does
