Alan haven't heard much from you since the meeting between everyone over the Ohio meetup. Want to make sure there isn't anything bothering you on comments I made. I'd like to continue our efforts looking towards Indiana as it's been quite the mess lately. Billy and his friends are quite literally ruining the place and @Michael IN has been dealing with it. Have you talked to him recently?
Oh there are definitely not any hard feelings from all of that. I took no personal offense from anyone with that whole situation. I've been talking to @Michael IN a decent bit lately. In fact I had to take @Victor IN to Indiana back from the DC demo because apparently @ND - William OK kicked @Victor IN out of their travel party after the demo itself was done. I'm still not totally sure what all happened, but I was planning on speaking with @ND - William OK sometime soon about it.
@Benjamin MI @Eric MI and myself spoke with @Michael IN about his problems with @Billy IN and his friends at the DC demo in person. Other than asking @Thomas to kick them out again I'm not sure what can be done. I intended on doing some mid scale activism in SW Michigan involving the Indiana guys this month (and I still might), so hopefully I can wrangle @Billy IN a bit in person if he shows up. What are your thoughts on the situation?
What a nightmare I didn't know about William removing him, this is something of importance. Billy needs to be removed for the sake of IN growing. Lately I've advised Michael to go full dictator over the state and enforce quotas. When Billy and others don't complete these quotas he can record them and attach all other issues to a PDF, then have a meeting with Thomas. The meeting will need to have a few of us who can back up all the claims then add our own. This has to stop immediately. Are you fine joining in on this talk with Thomas?
I am 100% fine with that.
Yeah, I wanna get @ND - William OK 's side of the story first though. From what everyone has told me @Victor IN is also incompetent, so I wouldn't be surprised if his story left out details that would be important.
Good soon as @Michael IN is ready we can rally the troops.
So what'd you think of my bus?
I know that @ND - Ryan OH has been recording information about @Billy IN specifically as it pertains to his (lack) of weightloss. He is someone you should also speak to about this.
Oh the bus was the star of the campsite. Everyone was making hate bus jokes about it. I was extremely jealous, because I had been joking for over a month about wanting to turn a short bus into a PF van like yall did, primarily because of how funny it would be.
hows your wife and children?
Ok yes we need to get Ryan into the conversation also. The worst part about its destruction is that I didn't even get to RIDE in her. Lived for a single event and never made it back home. It's something out of a fiction book is how it feels. If I'm reimbursed for my three grand I'm getting another one and going 110% into it (with the best insurance I can buy).
We planned for the birth last weekend but it never did happen. This Monday she will be induced unless her water breaks before that. They're doing fine otherwise but my balancing act brings lots of stress. They'll survive and be appreciative one day for all my efforts soon as this business is going full throttle.
Yeah I felt for you when I saw how much damage was done to it. I know that @Thomas is having guys calculate who is owed what (one of our guys had some damage done to his vehicle too). That way they can do a group fundraiser and try to get enough for everybody.
I see, well I'm glad everything is alright health wise, and I will be keeping the health of your wife and your child in my prayers brother. Good to hear things are going well business wise, even if they are stressful.
Also yeah @ND - Ryan OH once referred to @Billy IN as a "fat retard that happens to also be an idiot."
after talking to William sounds like its neither of these guy's faults. Williams guys had to find separate transportation than the vans your guys rented to get home, and they didn't leave until late sunday night. Victor basically just got up sunday morning and didn't know who he was going home with. William was unaware of Victor needing transport because we had already taken him by the time they got back to camp. I'd say the blame does ultimately sit with @Victor IN for not communicating with people Saturday night to ensure he had transport the following morning, but he also probably had no idea what was going on as a result of the damages. Things were pretty chaotic there tbh. Sounds like it was mostly just crappy circumstances than anything else.
Fyi, i would like to be involved in the planning for whatever you have in mind for the march for life at chicago. Assuming i can be of use.
Yes that will work unless Thomas changes his mind. The event is a month away and I've little details on everything. I'll discuss with Thomas immediately since this is very important.
Im guessing it will just be a regional event rather than a full blown demo
Lmao FIVE pounds???
ik lol, Thomas responded to him
idk what "snake juice" is lol
Man, this has me rolling over here. Can this tragedy become anymore of a comedy? Good on Thomas though, cut the fat... off of Indiana.
I think he is finally getting fed up.
This is kinda suspicious. Ive never seen a dissident right male use that term. Its much more typical of millenial women or fags.
@Sean KS is always being watched like a hawk. He's a wig-nat extreme. Dangerous in some regards with his ideas. Thomas and I are on his profile since he first joined.
I remember you mentioning that in our mumble meeting. I'll keep that in mind. If he is that wignasty he may not be worth keeping to begin with.
Yeah tell me about it. This has been discussed in length with Thomas.
infiltrators are very rarely super wignasty, but if you have evidence beyond that which leads to your suspicions then I'd say he could possibly be goaded into or "caught" fedposting to an extent that warrants removal and blacklisting.
He's been left off the "safe" list for that exact reason. Infighting is a cancer I intend to remove with a rusty scalpel.
I concur.
The worst of all this... he want's to become the leader of Western Missouri... so I've forwarded him a 7 point list of things he has to improve. If he does complete these things he will be a totally transformed person. What an exciting yet volatile experiment this will be.
Hehe, I know that @ND - John WA was quite the wignat when he first joined. Sometimes they can be reformed.
Thomas likes the #oversight chat channel to be extremely professional also. Little late to inform you, I try and keep my chatter down to a minimum unless I feel it truly necessary to speak. A type of intelligent, decisive, and loyal group within the channel.
Don't follow John WA's jokes. They will lead you into the henhourse.
Yeah, I was sort of trying to "read the room" and act accordingly, but after that exchange I'll be much more utilitarian in my speaking there.
Follow @ND - Samuel VA and myself and you'll be excellent. I simply have copied him because he understands things very easily.
Also have you pumped out your 3 main goals?
Thomas I'm sure is waiting for them if you haven't
I had a long conversation with @ND - James TX about my goals. I didn't realize it was something more formal @Thomas wanted typed up?
Yes, create your three main goals. List them as 1 , 2 , 3. Then post them in the Oversite chat. Thomas follows this structure when it comes to creating them:
1. Autonomy (Your network) (Scribe / Quartermaster goals, ect)
2. Retention (Keeping men and your plans to do so)
3. Cooperation (Working with networks or regionals nearby)
This is the structure given to each man attempting to become a ND. Since you now have it write up a sentence or two under each one to complete within 1-3 months.
That's a great list but you can make it simpler. Just condense what you can from above into the three points I've handed you.
Yes do it then post in in Oversight @Thomas will see this and respect it.
In regards to the first one, I feel like that category is very broad. Is this just goals that I have to make the network more organized? Would I discuss who my picks are for scribe and quartermaster then discuss what practices we follow such as weekly meetings or tracking weekly activism?
Sorry, typing in another channel. Let me see.
This is what allows you to perform less work, handing it off to other members. That's what he is looking for.
I see, chain of command and how well I'm able to delegate.
A good goal would be fully preparing your chosen men for those positions of S and Q but also handing off positions like a main scout, main photographer, stencil team leader, ect like I have done.
You can even make up your own positions within the network if you see fit. It's yours to control and make interesting, creative decisions with.
Yes this is what I've done and never asked anyone for permission. Simply I saw the need of the position and awarded it, Thomas saw it and understood.
I will be sending you this to read over before submitting it to #oversight . The first draft will certainly be more info dense than is ideal.
Yes please do.
Auto- Fufill the roles of NW Scribe and Quartermaster. Start to detatch myself from the KC / KS area slowly as they become more independent.
Retention- Start spening more time in Missouri working on our local regions after the completion of the most recent joint activism.
Cooperation- Complete the action with Johnny's network, meet up Alan and CO for a hike, plan for a Chicago action.
Extremely raw examples I quickly jotted down about 5 months ago.
Thomas first gave me these goals:
- Form a vital travel hub to NW's and clusters in all directions. NW6 to the North,
NW4 to the South, and KS/WMO to the West most importantly.
- Continue a high standard of personal exemplarship of conduct and responsibility, of education and initiative.
- Build local members into responsible positions to fulfill purpose driven actions, and instill additional cohesion.
I see, I'm taking a much more granular approach rather than a big overview one. I'm still gonna finish typing it out as is because its helping me even if I have to cut 90% of it out.
Forsure.
- As of right now @Eric MI is slated to be my scribe, and @Benjamin MI is slated to be my quartermaster; they're both my alternative interviewers for irl vettings. They are both very competent, and they are good at proactively completing tasks when given them. I have been incrementally building up their leadership capabilities over these last few months. @Benjamin MI is also the lead cameraman and media manager of the cluster. @Sam MI is not slated to hold a formal leadership position, but he shows great promise. It is very possible that he could take on the role of scribe if @Eric MI chooses to focus more on direct leading and planning local actions. @Johnny MI and @Sam MI are both the primary fitness advisors within my cluster.
2. Retention has been my focus above acquisition since this time last year. @ND - Ryan OH 's advice is the reason for this. There are three primary proverbial "boxes" to "check off" I have concentrated on as it pertains to retention:
2a: Immediate involvement. I ensure that a fresh member is involved in group activism within a week (ideally 3 days) of being added to the main server. At a minimum this can be stickering multiple cities, or preferably they are stenciling and/or dropping a banner. This ensures that the anxiety around the danger of activism is "nipped in the bud," and it provides a great bonding experience.
2b: Highlight the importance of professionalism and adherence to the guides. Not only does this serve its obvious purpose, but it also instills a feeling of truly being in a "serious nationalist group" as one of my members put it. It makes everything feel like more than "just a hobby."
2c: Cultivating a personal relationship with my members, and ensuring that my local leaders do so as well (primarily @Eric MI and @Benjamin MI ).
3. I have three primary goals for cooperation with nearby networks and clusters.
3a: Myself and @ND - Ryan OH are planning a Toledo War memorial event which will primarily encompass Michigan and Ohio members.
3b: I communicate with @Michael IN and @Adam IN on a regular basis, and I am in their cluster channel to provide advice and oversight. My cluster will be engaging in joint activism with the Indiana cluster in southwest Michigan, most likely in January.
3c: I have already cultivated a close relationship with @ND - Carter MO , and we will coordinate joint network actions within the Midwest in 2022.
I'd like your thoughts on all of this, even though I know I'm gonna have to totally change it to match what you had sent me.
Remove most of the extra details like comments on your men. Simplify your retention points. Combine #3 into a combined list. Remove reasoning for why your doing something and headfirst into that you are.
Thomas will understand
- @Eric MI and @Benjamin MI are slated to be my scribe and quartermaster respectively. @Sam MI and @Johnny MI both serve as physical fitness advisors, and @Sam MI shows leadership promise.
2. I check three boxes off for retention: immediate involvement in group activism, giving off the impression that they are part of a "real nationalist group" not just a club, and cultivating as well as maintaining a personal relationship with each member of my cluster.
3. @ND - Ryan OH and I are planning a joint network Toledo War memorial event, I am actively communicating with the Indiana cluster to assist them with growth, and I will maintain my close relationship with @ND - Carter MO as we coordinate future actions in the Midwest.
Instead of listing the men for #1 talk about how your working to place them into those positions.
2 looks good
3 looks good
List the 3 topics above each number
Bold them, then space between each main bold topic
Thomas really really really like good looking readable reports because he knows you put the time into them. Too much information is bad, lots of important information he loves.
I edited point 1
Check out my last report in there on the interviewers and check out the response
1 looks good
Want me to clean it up?
Very good yes
Autonomy
1. @Eric MI and @Benjamin MI are slated to be my scribe and quartermaster respectively. I have incrementally exposed them to greater depths of leadership and responsibility in preparation for their appointments. @Sam MI and @Johnny MI both serve as physical fitness advisors, and @Sam MI shows leadership promise.
Retention
2. I check three boxes off for retention: immediate involvement in group activism, giving off the impression that they are part of a "real nationalist group" not just a club, and cultivating as well as maintaining a personal relationship with each member of my cluster.
Cooperation
3. @ND - Ryan OH and I are planning a joint network Toledo War memorial event, I am actively communicating with the Indiana cluster to assist them with growth, and I will maintain my close relationship with @ND - Carter MO as we coordinate future actions in the Midwest.
I couldn't really find a way to incorporate your favorite _____ idea
Oops didn't hear your message.
"serious organization" not just a club
Thomas isn't a fan of labels including those from leadership.
Looks great otherwise
I'd post it
so like that?
you can remove the quotations
and not just a club
like "and not just a club"
sorry
don't remove the sentence just add "and" lol
beautiful
Gotcha, I was gonna argue with you about the "not just a club" part until you clarified lol
Looks really good and high quality just what he likes. Tag him in the post at the bottom
Thank you for the help I really appreciate it.
Yes no problem. We have to get network directors in every state INCLUDING Michigan. This also includes North Dakota, but that's another story haha.
My main focus after Michigan is Indiana.
Very good to hear.
