He ghosted the people who were relying on him for a ride at first and took hours to respond, stated conflicting reports and delayed the convoy. He stayed with the NW4 guys last night, they had to leave in the morning, and he refused to get up and go with them to retrieve his items from camp. He brought two fully loaded pistols to the event with additional ammunition, including rifle ammunition. He left all of this unattended at camp. His bag is going to find its way back to him one way or another, and then he's on his own.

Chef had started a drive in the PPLG chat at the behest of William OK and they all said they did it infront of you, which I didn't know at the time. I didn't post images of what happened or details other than what they already knew which was the bus getting messed up because someone had posted pictures of the bus.

The only other "Org" That i'm invovled in is my pool party.

Yes. We don't do anything that interferes with activism. if that wasn't clear.

No. The original guy who started it, my friend, has a full time job and three kids. We almost never see him now. He passed it off to me probably 2 years ago now and out of everyone, we're the only ones anyone trusts to direct the group efficiently.

So we have three of our members in an arguably struggling NW, including the Director who has a very demanding job, all being the only ones who can plan hikes or dinners with a pool party full of people with the qualifications to join, or direct experience, and obviously knowledge sufficient to do so, but simply being disinterested?

No. Nobody could on short notice go to that event. They didn't give any of us definitive until 2 days before.

My concern is that this is a big time sink negatively affecting NW11, and it's an "easy out" for people who should do everything we do, which includes hikes, social time, etc.

I spent the first night in Virginia talking with Mike about getting him back into being a more active member. We're going to have a workshop day next week for banners followed with the stencil that most of us now possess thanks to the event. We have a clear line of what we want to get done for the Network and what parts of the state need it most.

John has been a good boon these last few weeks/month since he joined keeping up regular activism along with peter. Its going to get harder to put up stickers soon so we'll need the aforementioned options ready and available for the coming weeks and months.

Its not as big a time sink as it sounds. The frequency of hikes and such is months away from each other. This month and leading into January are just bad for me. After that its not a problem, but I'm making do with next week.

Alright, well to dissuade the concerns of myself and others you should make additional efforts to apply yourself and the talents of NW11 more singularly towards the organization.

You should begin a process of trying to convert the passive manpower of the PP into active manpower. Some benefit needs to be garnered or it's just catering to people who do not respect our labors. If they can't place banners, then they should come help make them. If they can't do marches, have them do hikes with us. If they can't place promat, they should give you a few bucks to buy some. If they can't do any of that, then they don't really deserve your attention as a Director.

You should converse with other, very active Directors and find counsel with them. I would suggest Samuel, Carter, Christopher, and James. Get back to me with any notes on your discoveries in these brainstorming sessions.

I understand. I'll take your suggestions and apply them for what gain I can garner. It's been a while since i've talked to Samuel. I'll see when he has time to talk.

I'll still look closer into peter, but I honestly don't think he's a bad egg at all. The kids been at my house multiple times since he's been in. He basically knows what I do for work, he knows my name cuz he's seen my dox. The fact that people are going around you, and giving me directly complains and amendments to 11's internal functions is proof enough that something is gravely wrong.

No. I just asked him to help for this week with set up while I wasn't in town. I told you a week ago that Mike was a problem, and that he'd gotten lazy and was choosing his woman over activism. I told him at DC that if he doesn't show any drive when we're back, or skips out on any activism that he's gone.
