I've received word that you will need to meet in DFW for the event this weekend. If it works for you, let's arrange to do what we did last week and have you drive to College Station and I'll drive you from there.

My new cap insert hasn’t come in the mail yet unfortunately, let me send you the instructions for attaching them.

Instructions for the chin strap are simple. All on shields are required to have one. Purchase one, and hold onto the extra.
- Very carefully pick a place just in front of the ear on your hat and poke a hole in the fabric just big enough to clip the chinstrap.
- If the hat can be worn comfortably with the mask overtop of the chinstrap, and is more firmly attached to the head, do the same with the bump cap inserted.
- It is best to drill a small hole into the bump cap at the precise location previously used. If you do not have access to a drill, ask your locals.

Do you think I should park at HEB or maybe a hotel or something? I imagine that my car will be parked from Thursday until Sunday which is 3 full nights.

I think H‑E‑B would work fine, we parked there last year when we went to Chicago for a few days and nobody got towed, I’m not sure of any better places you could park.

Also Douglas will be riding with us, and he won’t be free to leave until about 4.

Yes he will be in College Station. He’s still unsure about when he will be free, but 4 is the earliest he is expecting to be able to meet ups. I’ll see if I can get a better time from him tomorrow.

I don’t know if Tom made you aware of this but make sure you bring $80 for fees, $25 goes to event fees but the rest will be transportation fees.
