Jumping on now

1) Open State Template with GIMP
2) Drag promat phtos into GIMP
3) Shift+S, scale each photo layer (h=1500 w=2000)
4) Press M. Move each photo layer to a corner.
Top left should have a photo with good red
5) Press Shift+O with layer on top left selected. Isolate reds.
Press Ctrl+C
Press Ctrl+V
Name new layer
6) Merge down photo layers. (Leave red layer independent)
7) Select photo layer. Color - Saturation = 0
8) Select official PF blue
9) On photo layer Color - Map - Gradient Map
10) Move template layer to the top.
11) Export as jpg. Naming convention: Cityname_StateAbrev_MonthAbrev

quick question for you, once I've completed some do they just go in the "completed" folder or do they need to be in one of the 1-9 folders

also, do the ones in the (1) folder still need to be edited
