Get all your options rolling around in your head, decide on a primary, secondary, and tertiary. We will have them all on the hook and scouting on Thursday will decide the arrangement.

Seen the traffic. We should be in and out in three minutes once all vehicles arrive.

I just got back from scouting the box truck park location. Came to the conclusion that we should not divide them. The lot where the two box trucks are supposed to@park is big enough to have all 3 blend in

Awesome! I spoke to the landlords. I will be meeting them at 10:30 am tomorrow for them to give me a tour of the campsite. So far they’re very receptive. The only hold up we’ve had is with payment. They’re usually use to getting the money up front through a website called VRBO, so they want the other half on Saturday in cash. They weren’t demanding or aggressive about it. I just think it serves them a peace of mind, in return they did not ask absolutely any questions about our group, who we are, or what we’re going to do. It seems like they’re just more concerned about getting their money.

We got the green light on making fires as long as we dig a fire pit hole and then fill it back in. Me and Christopher VA will be picking up a crate of firewood Friday morning. We will also have the materials to build you the small podium. I will be the only point of contact with the owners. Everyone will be funneled in from the security check point to the campsite without any questions or problems.

Scouting done. I have altered the route slightly. Will debrief when at hotel and will scout Tertiary exchange.

In terms of the box truck parking spots the parking lot that was originally supposed to facilitate two out of three trucks is big enough for all three of them. The parking lot with one truck only, isn’t very safe and is more exposed

We have been on a hike before at Mr.Mitchell as a stress test with about 30 guys, now we plan to take on "Bearfence Mountain Trailhead".
