@all When you attend, it is vital that you have three pieces of information:
A. The Cost of all damages to your vehicle
B. The amount which your insurance will cover
C. The difference of A - B

If you are still waiting on information, please spend the day between now and 8pm to finalize and get the most accurate number you can. If it is absolutely impossible to get the information by 8pm, please be prepared to provide a date by which you will be able to provide that information.

We will not be discussing this subject during the public meeting or in Mumble. Doing so could be potentially identifying. I will make a brief call for people to reach out about unplanned expenses, but nothing more at this meeting.

However, having the above information in writing would be very ideal.

@Thomas I'm planning to have the impacted drivers meet one hour prior to the all-hands meeting, and at that time we will not be discussing the specifics of each individuals damages. I will gather everyone in one meeting room and have them wiat there, then bring each person one by one into a separate room with ben and I to review the damages.

I was told that Antelope Hill would be the covering the cost of the tire I had to replace.
