Yes that was my personal vehicle. They dumped paint on it, TRIED (but failed) to snap my windshield wipers, and popped one of my tires. I was lucky enough to have a spare in the back so I got home with relatively few problems.

So overall, I'd say the damage is the price of a new tire or about $100

i'm not asking what it cost of out-of-pocket, we're trying to get an idea of the actual cost of the damage. How much was the tire worth? everything altogether?

I'm not sure what you mean. A tire is worth about $100. I shouldn't have to spend money on anything else.
