I don't think it'll ever be amended ever again. The next change to the constitution will be it being abolished outright.
I surely don't trust a party that only thinks about themselves, censor those who are not parroting their narrative, and constantly label people without proof.
The political system is too diseased to gather the unity necessary to amend it.

Yeah Obama pushed hard on hyperbole against Republican party, trying to paint them as things they are not.
