It will be able to solve the most immediate problems, those that are the closest to it's "center"

Many people will probably be living in it's shadow, content that at least they enjoy some sense of it's "safety"

It's probably the way that patriotism could be resurected. People will *want* an identitarian state

Arabs are a curious example. They don't have a national state. They do have some centers of power from where their interests are taken care off though

But at the perifery, they are pretty much working on their own
