I agree with @JULZIFICATOR on this; for the purposes of the case, it is sufficient that they falsely claim that you were a guest, host, or collaborator with many of these people, since the purpose of stating these falsehoods is to encourage people to think less of you in ways which affect your business and livelihood.

if you can find instances that prove that some donors have left because of this article (ie; emails or letters written to that affect) you can have a very solid ground for at least getting some of the motions needed to get the ball rolling filed
