Back when GWB was still president all the kids in my school planned to do a walkout to protest deportation of illegal immigrants. Like it was all anyone seemed to alk about for a few days, and almost everyone said they'd participate(mainly because they wanted to skip class from what most of them said). The principal said that anyone who participated would be punished.
Nobody walked out.
