I want to get into star trek, but the only thing I've seen is Beyond

Beyond was okay.

Start at the camp beginning.

All the way back.

Beyond was actually pretty good. I loved it,

Where No Man Has Gone Before.

Guardians of the galaxy and star wars at an intersection= Beyond

The Man Trap.

The Naked Time.

All of that good stuff.

I liked all the episodes with Kirk fighting a computer overlord.

The Apple.

I liked a lot of aspects of GitS

I liked the contemplative tone of it.

I don't like animes that are over the top, which most of them are.

I like how everyone forgets that the Borg introduction ep is a Q ep.

The only reason they survive the Borg is because Q lets them.

But then again, I suppose they drew heavily from Blade Runner, so what I liked were aspects of that.

It's kind of funny, because they end up being such an integral part to a huge chunk of the ST story line.

And people would rather ignore Q's influence on the canon. lol

But they can't.

He was THERE.

I honestly hate Q.

He's annoying as hell.

More annoying than me sometimes.

But, fortunately his powers do not exceed those of mine.
