has anyone here taken melatonin sleeping pills and do they work?
Never taken them, I think they work.
Melatonin works, but different people have different outcomes with it
as far as I've seen
i've never taken sleeping pills because i never had problems with sleep, which is probably because i never took sleeping pills

1. alcohol
2. coffee
3. cocaine
4. staying up late
um the 4th one
and the 1st one occasionally
don't drink coffe
and i havent done coke for at least 10 months
staying up late and waking up late can break the circle
bright light as well
adapting can take a week or more
basically
lie down to bed no later than 12 o clock in the evening
and last hour before going to bed, dont expose yourself to bright lights, such as smatphone, pc or TV
i try that but i can't fall asleep
it will take a while
i stay up to like 5 am at least
dont stay on pc
screen will break your sleep further
read a book or sth
