Yeah. In Only War, you serve as soldiers in the Imperial Guard (the army of the Imperium of Man). Arguably the greatest enemies of the Imperium and the God-Emperor, whom they worship, are the Chaos Gods.
Where do i find this information
Look up the pdf for something called the Imperial Primer. It's a Dark Heresy splatbook, but it'd suffice if you want to know more.
