Like mother f***** you're not the governor of Haiti of Puerto Rico

2018-10-17 11:21:52 UTC

Well luckily we have a moderate Republican that actually had a plan prior to our algae crisis

2018-10-17 11:22:08 UTC

Of course Rick Scott is a piece of s***

2018-10-17 11:22:26 UTC

*Algae=biofuel*

2018-10-17 11:22:29 UTC

But desantis is looking pretty good

2018-10-17 11:23:06 UTC

Well he was talking about building a water containment Facility South of Okeechobee to prevent the runoff from getting out into the ocean were it f*** s*** up

2018-10-17 11:24:56 UTC

As far as the Socialist he ran his town into the ground

2018-10-17 11:25:07 UTC

Crime rates there have gone through the roof

2018-10-17 11:25:45 UTC

They had like seven hundred crimes in a six month period

Apparently they actually beat out Jacksonville in murders per capita this year, but don't quote me on that

2018-10-17 11:26:18 UTC

To me it's just crazy that the choice the left is providing is basically Obama 2.0

2018-10-17 11:26:36 UTC

That’s even worse than I remember

2018-10-17 11:26:36 UTC

Like here is a black man who speaks calmly, vote for him

2018-10-17 11:26:54 UTC

Is that the best the Democratic party can provide as an alternative to the Republicans?

2018-10-17 11:27:24 UTC

Is this a game where I get to choose between Denmark and Gulag level socialists?

2018-10-17 11:28:35 UTC

Damn

2018-10-17 11:28:56 UTC

I mean tell me wrong, I'm glad I have a moderate Republican to vote for

2018-10-17 11:29:10 UTC

But I have the same issues that $10, as someone that's moderate I need a decent alternative on the left

2018-10-17 11:29:38 UTC

I like half a say Tim does, it autocorrects to $10

Speech to text is a hell of a drug

2018-10-17 11:30:40 UTC

Anyone else really enjoying timcast?

2018-10-17 11:30:46 UTC

Yes

2018-10-17 11:31:05 UTC

I'm not NPC, I don't understand what did you write 😄

2018-10-17 11:31:07 UTC

I liked him before, but the timcast format makes him so much edgier and frustrated LMAO

2018-10-17 11:31:54 UTC

I know he keeps saying he'll never vote republican but maybe that will change as the dems get even more crazy. <:TimThink:482277772497125378>

2018-10-17 11:32:12 UTC

Last night he said he might vote

2018-10-17 11:32:20 UTC

You know, I will always be a Centrist

2018-10-17 11:32:35 UTC

You can vote for parties and still be centrist.

2018-10-17 11:32:36 UTC

But in reality the left is going way too far to the left and the right is happy to go towards the center to pick up those votes

2018-10-17 11:33:01 UTC

I think the issue is that even though the definitions of where the line is drawn changes, people like Tim make the mistake of thinking that his values are tied to the name left and right

2018-10-17 11:33:43 UTC

When in reality I'm simply uncompromising to my values even if the political landscape changes around me, I would still say I'm a Centrist, even if at this point I'm like 80% Republican because of how much we have shifted to the left

2018-10-17 11:34:21 UTC

My biggest worry at this point is the left losing another 2 or 4 years in a row

2018-10-17 11:34:30 UTC

And then just radicalizing and trying to overthrow the government

2018-10-17 11:34:46 UTC

If there was an actual independent party I would understand if Tim didn't want to vote for the wings but there isn't.

2018-10-17 11:34:56 UTC

A second biggest fear is that by the time the next generation is a beige, the Red Wave will become so hyper dominant that the left won't even be competition anymore and it'll simply turn into who can be more right-wing

2018-10-17 11:35:34 UTC

*next generation is of age

2018-10-17 11:35:41 UTC

Now left/right is a vote of sanity vs insanity.

2018-10-17 11:35:53 UTC

Yeah, and that's a terrible thing LMAO

2018-10-17 11:36:12 UTC

The capitalist in me wants people to compete because we win

2018-10-17 11:36:40 UTC

At the moment it's not really direct competition it's more or less just hysteria on both ends of the spectrum with a large chunk of Common Sense siding with the right at this point

2018-10-17 11:36:49 UTC

~~ever since the 2016 election I’ve been more right-wing, so politically that just seems like something that’s fine with me, but the real reason for it being so bad for us is how much destruction Democrats and their voters will bring with them if they go down~~

2018-10-17 11:38:01 UTC

I think a lot of the issues dems run on aren't actually issues. It's just that they create problems.

2018-10-17 11:38:18 UTC

Well, the funny thing is, today I am practically considered conservative but in 2006 when I graduated high school and was able to vote I would very clearly be considered a liberal
