@Hugi instead of putting them down, perhaps stricter meritocracy could ensure the drug addicted alcoholics starve / die if their welfare is restricted. sounds harsh, but it just seems like their addictions have taken over...not that we can speak in the UK , we have terrible drug problems too, we need to be harsh.
