just because his test came up 0% doesnt mean that its not there it just means that he didnt grab any jewish specific genes in him at conception

when they get the sample for ashkenazi jews they test the whole population even those who have miseginated so the european admixture is included with their profile so even european genes can get mixed up with the jewish ones and give a false result

same goes with the western european genetic mixture over the last 1000 years

thats why theres a broadly european result
