I think the wirees and telephone and internet
cables should be public
and the companies can run the actual services..

also I think you should have good
state schools only for the most gifted and smartest
and if they fail they have to go to private school

are so genetically stupid they will auto fail any education..

just give education to the elite.. and only if they get good grades..
and treaten the parents with expulsion so they are dependentent

that you become nobility and eligable for work in the goverment
and in the beurocracy
