losing weight is fucking hard. but you can make it easier by not eating as much as you usually do, like a drug addict reducing the doses slowly, but with food instead of drugs
Here's how you lose weight, eat proper medium sized breakfast, exercise, eat proper medium sized lunch, eat dinner, and two pieces of fruit with maybe a glass of milk
