Aren't Democrats exponentially more guilty than the GOP when it comes to poor or corrupt management of money or shitty spending?

There are 2 ways to get rich, 1 you get rich by paying other people to work and profit off their labor, lifting them up and yourself. 2 You take from the poor making yourself rich and making the poor poorer. I dont care how much money the former makes.
