I have no issue with minimums because our pay to get qualified workers is above even our high state minimum.

My staff are all licensed medical professionals many of whom make around $70/hr. OT makes that over $100/hr. You can see why I have to be very cognizant of OT but also why they would be willing to work a few extra hours straight time...but can't due to labor laws.
