2020-03-27 04:53:39 UTC

FALs are hot

2020-03-27 04:53:56 UTC

Real Tipperary hours

2020-03-27 04:54:02 UTC

Aks can be accurate I'd they are built well! Does yours have the side mounted rail? Or is it top mounted?

2020-03-27 04:54:29 UTC

It's on the dovetail

2020-03-27 04:54:47 UTC

Lol yea on brownells the 416 kits are like $3500 it makes me want to puke

2020-03-27 04:55:21 UTC

Or spend $360 on an SKS

2020-03-27 04:55:26 UTC

Basically the same thing

2020-03-27 04:55:38 UTC

I honestly might buy an sks

2020-03-27 04:55:49 UTC

But I really want an ar

2020-03-27 04:55:59 UTC

I want an AN-94

2020-03-27 04:56:02 UTC

lmao

2020-03-27 04:56:50 UTC

I want what I think is called the dp 28. Its a machine gun in 7.62x54r that is pan fed

2020-03-27 04:56:58 UTC

Pretty much, I got a buddy that has one and ruined it because they put the bull pup conversion kit on it and now you cant use any sights but the irons and its ugly as all hell.

Anything works right now, all you have to do is aspire for more and uoull get there.

2020-03-27 04:56:59 UTC

OOooo

2020-03-27 04:57:00 UTC

Its hotter than satans ballsack

2020-03-27 04:57:28 UTC

They are sooooo heavy though 🤣 and awkward on top of that!

2020-03-27 04:57:46 UTC

Im not saying its practical, just cool as hell

2020-03-27 04:57:59 UTC

Imagine that mounted on a truck

2020-03-27 04:59:14 UTC

That's fair, some of the odd designs like that are pretty cool and you wonder what kinda drugs people were one while designing them. It was basically the large version of the P90 if you think about it and any machine gun mounted to a truck would be awesome!

2020-03-27 05:00:02 UTC

Yes. Make america free again. Its insane that if you were to mount a machine gun on a truck the machine gun would likely cost more than the truck

2020-03-27 05:00:16 UTC

Like its the difference of an ounce of metal

2020-03-27 05:02:43 UTC

Yea that's no joke, I was talking to a guy that works at creative arms when they came out shooting with us. He has a full auto AK that was super fun to shoot and since they are an FFL they get all the fun toys, I asked how much it would cost me to get an AK like that, keep in mind it was bare bones triangle folder, no fancy anything on it and he told me before the tax stamps and filing fees it would be $15,000 it blew my mind

2020-03-27 05:03:12 UTC

Yea its fucking insane

2020-03-27 05:03:49 UTC

Its also stupid that any full auto has to have been manufactered before 1986

2020-03-27 05:04:13 UTC

Like either have the balls to ban them completely and start a civil war or just fuck off

2020-03-27 05:05:49 UTC

Doesnt have to, you just have to hold an FFL class 3 if I remember correctly. Which at that point you could drop a sear kit in your AR as long as its registered. I believe any civilian can own a full auto if its pre ban but I could be wrong

2020-03-27 05:08:39 UTC

If you get a certain license as a civilian you can own a registered full auto produced before 1986. If you hold a gun manufacturers license you can own "dealer samples" (guns produced to demostrate the function of a firearms before purchase of mass quantities of said firearm) but you can never sell them or give them to others and when you die or don't renew your license the guns must be destroyed or turned in to the government

2020-03-27 05:08:45 UTC

Its silly

2020-03-27 05:11:27 UTC

Sounds like it, dont get me wrong I would love yo own one but I dont think I have the wallet to feed the hungry bastads lol even when I was in the military the only time I ever shot full auto was when we were getting rid of the left over ammo 🤣 most of the time is was 2/3 round bursts.

2020-03-27 05:12:33 UTC

Yea, unless I start making a lot more money even trying to buy the ammo to shoot a full auto will leave me bankrupt lol

2020-03-27 05:15:49 UTC

That's no joke! It's expensive but it does come in handy in some cases.

2020-03-27 05:16:02 UTC

Yea

2020-03-27 05:16:28 UTC

But I'm gunna hop of and try to get some sleep, take her easy and have a good night!

2020-03-27 05:16:45 UTC

You too man!

2020-03-27 19:47:49 UTC

Hey so I don't know much about AR's (I'm an AK guy) but I'm considering building one. Does anyone who runs an AR have an opinions on this upper? https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-20-chf-1-7-a2-rifle-length-556-prem-ar15-upper-assembly-w-bcg-ch.html

2020-03-27 19:48:29 UTC

I'm thinking of going for an M16A4 type of thing

2020-03-27 19:49:50 UTC

Its basically like my upper but longer. PSA makes some stuff but I would personally go would with one of the kits that has a free float because you get more accuracy and heat exchange. Along with mounting capabilities
