I like my workouts to be like doing taxes. Absolutely painful

I like this, I need to get my run time lower pretty quick. Atm I run a 16:56 2 mile and I need to lower it down to what I was 14:00. Anyone got any cool programs or diets thatโ€™s help

2020-03-03 17:08:56 UTC

Have to do a mix of sprints and long runs with high paced distance run very once in a while. Cant help on diet though. I just eat and it works out for me on that emd

I would just start doing with the weight of your full kit on board and youโ€™ll be golden. 50-40grams of carbs with high protein intake would be the best diet to help with muscle building and cutting. I tend to meal prep and make a bunch of meals at once then Freezes them after doing weighed portion control. I commonly use chicken and turkey and do meat meatloafs with the combo of the two seasoned to perfection then steaks and fish as treats on the weekend.

What's the best place for info on building workouts?

2020-03-04 02:36:58 UTC

Building workouts?

2020-03-04 13:17:15 UTC

@booglooman92 ...i need to pay you to cook and prep for me ๐Ÿ˜Ž .I live in an apartment with a suck ass "gym" downstairs. My work is very physical but not many stairs. I am in good shape except incline/uphill. Do any of you run stairs? I have three flights and respective landings. My legs burn after 30 mins nowadays ๐Ÿ˜

2020-03-04 13:22:10 UTC

@jeepercreeper TX Iโ€™m still a fat boy too sadly- take time when working a few times a week plus knee surgery lol. I love doing stair btw. I loose the most weight and improve my run time by just doing stairs at a brisk pace lol

2020-03-04 13:32:09 UTC

Then I definitely NEED you to cook for me LMAO I need to gain... I lived in Florida and worked in mostly 2 or 3 story homes. Came back to Texas 5 years ago to mostly single story, so I lost those muscles. Now I run up MY stairs and feel the burn by the top....im on the second floor ๐Ÿ˜

@MxcnGreasr92 hey, PM me

Greetings Laddingtons, since we'll all likely have to carry a lot of shit around during the Revoloogaloo, it'd be smart to train your capacity to walk around with heavy shit. On the micro, things like hiking with weighted vests. On the macro, Farmers Carries, barbell Zercher Walks, Yoke Walks, and hell, even just picking up a log and seeing how many 20ft laps you can take it for. I believe this type of training would have a very large benefit in tha context of the likely future. Cheers buds.
