@DenzelCole it's better than nothing. Significantly quieter than a firearm. My best guess is a really big "it depends" but it's probably a garbage choice if you have everything else available to you but you want to go full ninjutsu for style points because you bought all the books by Stephen Hayes and you think you'll be the best anime warrior.
