I have a feeling that the military would be at a crossroads.

They will be torn because of circumstances.

They've been getting fucked by our government as well in other ways. Why would they fight us?

Dont get me wrong. There will be soldiers fighting us and those will either be shot by us or be killed by their fellow servicemen.
