What it's sold as. That's it. If it's sold as a 9rnd beowulf mag (actually just a 30rnd pmag) then it's a 9rnd beowulf mag

If a stock has some velcro thrown on it you're going to prison. If someone sells a stock with some velcro on it it's a pistol brace

(Also did a little bit of research and 50beowulf is advertised as being compatible with factory .223 5.56 pmags)
