I do it because I'm afraid I will do a bad job and would rather avoid tasks. I'm facing this right now, bought productivity and mindset training and have been taking it

But I just feel like shit about it

How do you feel with simple everyday tasks?

I saw a bump in productivity by starting small with stuff I hate doing like dishes and yard work

Helped with the procrastination quite a bit when I was keeping up with it

I suck at them.

It didn't used to be an issue but now that I work at home it's becoming a problem. I sort of have to routine train my brain to be productive, I have morning rituals etc

But today I didn't do mine and now everything is fuckey
