It's literally just meat, nothing else. Sounds nuts I know, but I've done a lot of research on people that have been doing it for a very long time and are very healthy. Jordan Peterson, his daughter to name a few, Joe Rogan started it like a month ago and says he feels better than ever. There's more science behind just eating meat than you might expect

Yes the diet is 100% meat, obv. don't take my word for it, I encourage you to do your own research. I did keto for a while and I felt good but it was the most boring stupid diet ever. This might be more sustainable for me. Time will tell.
