And, yes, technology actualy can do that. We can produce sperm and eggs from blood now thanks to stemcell research and we can keep a fetus in a biobag. Its not long enough yet but we can keep a fetus in a biobag longer and longer, once it can be over 9 months we dont need a womb, either
