yes
I've used one before
NYS.... that is highly unconstitutional.
i know not all bladedweapons are legal in all states
they're at least legal in Indiana
A bill in new york would require you to give up your social media passwords and 3 years of search engine history to get a pistol permit
yes
probably not in Comiefornia
-_-
The damn politicians in New York have gone tyrannical.
correct
Same ass hat behind both bills @Grovyle
No only does that violate the second amendment, but the 4th as well.
i agree<:VeRiFiEd:463064374236413962>
New england states in general have a tendency to just completely ignore the 2nd amendment
It's the blue states
Like New York
New Jersey, Massachusetts
ok goodbyeđ„ i have to go:(
I think it is time to remind Democrats why the constitution is important.
The citizens in new york need to force them to stop infringing upon their rights.
the second makes it pretty damn clear that any weapons that could be of use in defense against other nations would definatly be included
California doesn't even have the worst gun control laws, you don't need a permit afaik and you can still own ARs and AKs, they just need grip fins on them to make them not "assault weapons"
under "arms"
To get rid of these bills.
Massachusetts bans the AR15 by name
People need to start asking which Gangs and Criminal Cartels these politicians are working for
Then let's make a AR16.
Checkmate Massachusetts.
@Grovyle huh that sounds like itd not only violate the 2nd amendment but also anything about the free market
That's what the mini 14 is for, it's a semi automatic rifle chambered in .223 but because it's in wood and doesn't have a pistol grip it's less scary
M14
You know there is such a thing as an AR-16 right @Dusty Morgan ?
Lawmakers already are pushing a number of proposals ahead of the new session in January. From tighter gun controls to affordable public housing measures, Democrats are readying a raft of bills that would face no meaningful opposition from a depleted Republican minority, provided the party stays united.
âRepublicans are politically less relevant in California than they have been in years and it is really up to the Democrats to decide what role they play,â Zev Yaroslavsky, the director of the Los Angeles Initiative at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, told Fox News. âBut as long as Democrats stay unified, they wonât even need bipartisan support.â
One of the pieces of legislation Democrats are looking to quickly pass is Assembly Bill 18, which among other things looks to tax the sale of handguns and semiautomatic weapons in order to generate funding for gun control programs.
seen as it doesnt apply to the equivilant gun produced by a competitor
of AR
Tyranny of one party.
>generate funding for gun control through taxes on a constitutional right
Yikes
In california.
