Go to the doctors, get a physio assessment. They'll tell you where you are healing-wise, and how much you should be using if you're good to pick it back up @Arabman123

Don't need to. Go to them, say you had an injury a while back and you need an assessment on its healing before you can start lifting again. They'll understand fully

Just make sure you're careful, if you get *any* hint of pain slow down. You don't wanna make it worse again.
