It depends on the situation, if a friend got thrown out of his place then I'd try either giving him a couch here or getting another friend to help him out. But if he turned out to beat his gf you can be damn sure I'm throwing him out
It wasn't a domestic incident. Basically he wanted to leave his business partner and the partner found out, went round to where he's living (with a posse) and they beat the shit out of him. They then dobbed him in to the council because he's living with someone in emergency accommodation, which isn't allowed, so they both got evicted. He was living with the person in emergency accommodation because his missus kicked him out a few months back and would have to wait forever to get his own emergency accommodation.
That's fucking mad that like.

If the police are involved then I'd imagine they could have cause to seize them, particularly if the attack is linked to the business partner for reasons relating to the business
