To be honest those ice cream machines are a bitch to clean and most fast food places dont give staff enougth time at the end of the day to clean properly

When i was working in a coffee shop they only paid you half an hour after thr store closes and to cleam it properly would take 45-mins to half an hour.

About 10 years ago I was the night manager for a mcdonalds @The Last MethBender and I can attest that those fucking icecream machines were never cleaned right. Ever. The inspectors never fucking cared either. As long as your floors were clean and no built up grease then you're golden.
