constitutional monarchs can be used as independent representatives for the country

absolute monarchs care more about their country and people because it is their property, which might make them govern better

imo it can be good to have a politically neutral head of state in a const.Monarchy, good for national stability.

Abs.Monarchs are also usually deeply religious. So being annointed means if they are a bad monarch they will go to hell, in their own beliefs. This is true for Const.Monarchs aswell.
