hang em high

2019-12-15 22:29:52 UTC

and generally having an ad next to the video could make you associate that ad w that video

2019-12-15 22:30:03 UTC

and the advertiser doesn't want to be associated w bad things

2019-12-15 22:30:09 UTC

or what they percieved as bad

2019-12-15 22:30:13 UTC

why couldn't they make money off advertising on conspiracy videos ? there is a giant 'conspiratorial' audience out there and it's growing like crazy, you'd think that'd make more business sense

2019-12-15 22:30:13 UTC

In terms of publicity

2019-12-15 22:30:26 UTC

Bad plublicity

2019-12-15 22:30:41 UTC

Kellogg's doesn't want to be associated with JFK grassy knowle videos

2019-12-15 22:30:45 UTC

what happens when FE are the majority? only a matter of time 😉

2019-12-15 22:30:53 UTC

nah. i'd bet it's backwards. you tube decided on their own, not to provide those vids any ads

2019-12-15 22:30:57 UTC

look who benefits in the end

2019-12-15 22:31:00 UTC

Anyways

2019-12-15 22:31:06 UTC

I use ad block

2019-12-15 22:31:10 UTC

So it doesn't matter for me

2019-12-15 22:31:14 UTC

😈

2019-12-15 22:31:24 UTC

i used ad block but it made everything so slow for me

2019-12-15 22:31:25 UTC

idk y

2019-12-15 22:31:33 UTC

Ublock origin

2019-12-15 22:31:38 UTC

The other ones could be crypto miners

2019-12-15 22:31:39 UTC

Iirc

2019-12-15 22:31:45 UTC

i see

2019-12-15 22:31:45 UTC

2019-12-15 22:31:51 UTC

surely YT will eventually block all ad blockers

2019-12-15 22:31:56 UTC

crypto. the other great deception

2019-12-15 22:32:05 UTC

foot path to the one world currency

2019-12-15 22:32:06 UTC

how is ad blocking maximizing profits ?

2019-12-15 22:34:50 UTC

it doesn't lol

2019-12-15 22:34:56 UTC

2019-12-15 22:35:06 UTC

It fs over YouTube that's y I use em

2019-12-15 22:35:17 UTC

they are hard to prevent

2019-12-15 22:37:15 UTC

so you think that google along with all their knowledge and resources, just can't find a way to stop ad blockers on their own YT platform okay

2019-12-15 22:38:13 UTC

you'd think that if it was going to affect their profits they'd make that extra effort

2019-12-15 22:38:18 UTC

but i guess it's too hard

2019-12-15 22:38:48 UTC

tbh google probably doesnt even flinch at ad blockers. their motive is beyond on the simple goal of making more money. they ARE money at this point

2019-12-15 22:39:18 UTC

i'm sure youtube tries to maximize ad revenue by specifically putting videos in your suggestion or search engine but they did state previously that they would crack down on conspiracy theories. they are intentionally targeting conspiracies such as 9/11 or flat earth where you can't never find any pro-FE stuff if you search ''arguments for flat earth'' sad censorship and it's harder for people to understand the other side

2019-12-15 22:40:28 UTC

wasn't there an article that stated youtube is losing money more than profiting?

2019-12-15 22:41:43 UTC

im not so sure about that, but let's hypothetically say that everyone starts using ad blockers, then yes, i'd say it becomes more than a 'profit' only reason
