You should buy a mid-range desktop for gaming. Run Linux as the host OS and do a GPU passthrough. The guest OS (Windows) will run on the dGPU while Linux runs on the iGPU and a single physical core. For a laptop you should purchase something with Libreboot or Coreboot support. The CIA already owns you if you're using any Intel CPU from 2006 onwards or any AMD CPU from 2011 onwards. Intel and AMD chips have a small RISC CPU embedded in the die that functions separately from the x86 cores
