Its kind of a catch22, because they probably already have it lent out and are just restricted from lending more out by current laws, if the rockefeller kids go and spend it all it creates rapid shortterm growth AND reduces the amount of lending the bank can do by 10x that amount, but also means they have to either collect on debts immediately or sell them off which fucks over the borrowers more often than not
and fucking over the borrowers counteracts that shortterm growth creating a potential panic
its like ripping off a bandaid
though in this case you can probably remove it slowly
