That's because black people in general are physically superior and this is a genetic quality inherent to black people. Western Europeans haven't been living off of the land whilst fighting off large, dangerous predators for thousands of years. Meanwhile Africans have only recently made this cultural shift, and there are still plenty of tribal communities still living this way. However, for the most part, a person's intelligence is determined by their access to adequate education, regardless of their' race. Just because you're trying to break it down to something so black and white (metaphorically) doesn't mean it is.
