calling someone a "baboon" is racist and hurts feelings / putting someone in a coffin is criminal behaviour

2018-07-24 07:49:26 UTC

@Sheamus Which commandment do I not observe? I never oppose racism against whites on thr grounfs of being evil or immoral. I merely observe and understand the behaviour and prepare/react accordingly. Let them be as they are. It is what it is. I don't whine like a little girl about it because it doesn't affect me on any level.

2018-07-24 07:53:01 UTC

I see it this way, it could be considered immoral to prejudge an individual on a micro level, you have much more variety between individuals than you can ever have between groups. People are not monolithic. It is irrational to treat people as anything other than individuals. That being said Race plays a huge role on a macro-level in society. Diverse nations have problems with social trust and this leads to a lot of alienation. There is also the Race-IQ debate which shows us that racial groups have differences in intelligence. This effects economic inequality and leads to envy based on self identified race. The point is that you should treat people as the individuals they are but be aware of the role that Race plays in your societies.

2018-07-24 07:55:43 UTC

@HoppeanSnake_ZA Which is why I vote for absolute segregation. You can never treat another race unfairly if they are nowhere to be found...

@$P!KY\/!k!NG Fair enough, i think thats throwing the bath out with the bathwater and is very unlikely to ever be achieved in todays world. There are other forms of governance that can lead to relitavely peaceful coexistence between different groups. The Russians have a pretty good setup by allowing autonomy in their republics within their Confederation.

2018-07-24 08:07:44 UTC

@HoppeanSnake_ZA Peaceful coexistence(within the same geographical area) is not necessarily the best idea in the long run believe it or not.

2018-07-24 08:35:46 UTC

@$P!KY\/!k!NG I never said anything about coexisting in the same geographical area, so please stop the strawman fallacy. Ever wonder why Chechnya isnt causing conflict in Russia anymore? They were given greater autonomy within their own Republic. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republics_of_Russia

2018-07-24 08:48:05 UTC

@HoppeanSnake_ZA Why do you want to be politically entangled with alien peoples?

2018-07-24 08:49:30 UTC

@HoppeanSnake_ZA I sense that there is still this idea among the people here that there is some kind of incentive for having any kind of relations with alien peoples.

2018-07-24 08:52:05 UTC

@$P!KY\/!k!NG Ideally I wouldn't but we are entangled economically, whether you believe it or not, and this has political consequences. Pragmatism is sometimes better than being an ideologue.

2018-07-24 09:03:40 UTC

Indeed pragmatism is better. Which is why I'm saying the following: We are entangled politically and economically for now, but say there was a way to destroy the current multiculti koombayah liberal (((globalist))) new age jesus system, what would we choose to replace it with? Do we AGAIN choose a multiracial/multicultural system?? The very thing that has failed over and over since the time of babylon? If you choose a federal state type solution, you are still just another multiculti state with some self rule as long as the constitution agrees. This is not good enough for me personally and I think even more dangerous in the long run.

2018-07-24 11:16:02 UTC

@$P!KY\/!k!NG there never will be a better solution to this. I agree the globalist multi-cultural agenda is a load of crap, but Europe had it right, all European nations are equal in the Christian sense, even though their cultures differ and they maintain borders to seperate them. Germany has their own culture, Italy has their own culture, the British have their own culture and so forth, yet as a westerner you can go to any of these nations with the same values and not be on the wrong side of the law. Grand apartheid was aiming to do the same thing hence my personal support for it. The smaller narrow minded apartheid that revolved around race in particular was the corruption of apartheid that inevitably lead to inequity and exploitation. Equal but seperate development is the perfectly okay with me and pretty much most of the sane world, but when you start justifying someome else being unequal, then you are becoming unreasonable and throw everyone into chaos.

As for the commandments you betray,
"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. ย This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it (take note the meaning of like unto), Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. ย On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

So you've demonstrated that you would betray the greatest commandment by rejecting God in favor of the flesh that you desire, and then by comparing all other races as animals (goi) and not worthy of being equal, but enemies worthy of hate, you clearly do not love your enemy as you ought to, and that creates inequity, betraying the second great commandment.

I know, let's put the entirety of South Africa's land under state control. You know, the same government that's run ESKOM so that its debt now exceeds South Africa's total budget for health and education.

What could go wrong?

2018-07-24 19:19:20 UTC

What do you think Ramaphosa sold to get that amount ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚

@Dewald one of Zuma's wives? ๐Ÿค”

2018-07-24 19:33:26 UTC

We going to be the People's Republic of South Africa in the future ๐Ÿ˜‚

Just as long as they don't want to call us the Democratic People's Republic of South Africa

2018-07-24 19:48:17 UTC

flag is close though, lose the yellow

2018-07-25 08:43:02 UTC

On the bright side it looks like we have surplus capacity. I guess this is what happens when your economy shrinks due to rising energy costs and government calls on business to use less energy.

"Cyril Ramaphosa has managed to sign an investment deal with China valued at R196 billion."
Most do not understand what this implies. Don't be fooled into thinking the money to ease SA's R2,7 trillion debt burden is coming from China or anywhere else. It's not as if Cyril handed out SA's banking details and said: "do an EFT". The Chinese deal (and others) allow countries to build their infrastructure in South Africa.

One such agreement, between China and Eskom, is for the construction and management of unnamed facilities, to the value of R33 billion. Others are with Transnet (rail, ports and pipeline) and an undisclosed Financial Sector investment, probably BRICS or a Chinese bank.

Now, the agreement with China includes a provision for the relaxation of visa applications for their workforce. That's correct, China ships in Chinese nationals to build the infrastructure and has a reputation throughout Africa for leaving their workforce behind long after completion of a project.

Such practice is visible as close to us as Angola, where China built an entire City of apartments, 750 eight-story buildings able to house 500,000. The city stood empty for many years as selling prices were far above what the average Angolan could afford. Their solution? Provide long-term, low-cost loans from Chinese banks to locals - effectively bonding them for a lifetime.

A similar practice is already evident in South Africa with low-cost "to rent only" high-density Chinese developments popping up wherever you look. One has to wonder if Chinese nationals will be beneficiaries of land expropriation without compensation.

I have to ask the question; How does this benefit us as South African citizens, taxpayers and job-seekers? Please share your thoughts.

I would be interested in your views of this @HoppeanSnake_ZA I think I have audio problems.

"There is a concerning lack of transparency in CR's recent China deals which could lead to another form of State Capture. We seem to have forgotten that China Development Bank, who yesterday invested R33bn in Eskom and an undisclosed amount in Transnet, was implicated in several dodgy deals highlighted in Thuli Madonsela's State Capture report.

At the BRICS summit in Durban five years ago, Brian Molefe cut a deal with China Development Bank for R50 billion. The deal was for locomotives supplied by China rail - trains which should and could have been built in SA. This deal included well-documented kickbacks for the Guptas.

Then Brian Molefe moved onto Eskom and struck another deal with China Development Bank for another R50 billion.

Furthermore, China Development Bank has picked up Eskom's deal with Hitachi to finance Kusile power station - the same Hitachi which was found guilty of corruption in the Medupi deals of around R40 billion.

Two weeks ago the BRICS New Development bank loaned Transnet R2.7 billion for the Durban ports.

As we all know, the State-Owned entities mentioned above are currently undergoing countless inquiries and investigations for serious corruption and are, by the admittance of their senior executives, still filled with corruption. These kinds of deals can only be considered as odious debt - not in the best interests of the majority of the people.

With the BRICS summit once again on the go in SA, we seem to be witnessing history repeat itself. The game is the same only the players have changed."
