Flat Earth was the key that unlocked the Bible for me, and fasting is the key that unlocks the true nature of man.

I talk too much, switching off for a bit. We've barely scratched the surface. Questions welcome for the rest of the day. Thank you for listening everyone. Please tell me to shut it if no one is enjoying my mad ramblings. I can go on for days I know.

Pretty neat anecdote their, I actually agree with the whole eating thing. I actually tried it out of curiosity at one point, and damn, the result is pretty awesome actually, I remember my first week after it kicked in, only slept every second night, the degree of focus and energy surging through your body and mind is pretty intense, but I find intermittent fasting still remains a more consistent and steady way as opposed to the frequent hard start and stops.

2018-07-22 14:30:13 UTC

@Sheamus Thank you Sir!

2018-07-22 14:31:49 UTC

How's your day going?

2018-07-22 14:32:10 UTC

One medium sized meal a day over an extended period of time will also take you a long way.

2018-07-22 14:34:37 UTC

@Sheamus Pretty good thanks

2018-07-22 14:35:45 UTC

Yeah, the constant struggle is just not very efficient, you just get back into a habit of eating and then have to break it, only to struggle the with the biological disctatorship... Just change the habit to be more effective and there you go, much more subtle and smoother transition lol

2018-07-22 14:37:23 UTC

I went out for a month and it was really tough getting back in. This is what we lack in our lives - a personal self-discipline. How to be a human being 101. Should have been taught how to fast from childhood.

2018-07-22 14:40:49 UTC

Yes, certainly does play into self discipline, but discipline with force to forge a will of iron isnt necessarily good, stubborness has it's downsides too... Wouldnt cultivate stubborness, hence I will always come back to arguing on the merit of what is reasonable.

2018-07-22 14:42:12 UTC

Fasting is a good way to get control over the sin of gluttony, No fap is just as important to control the sins of lust, also a big supporter of no fapping.

2018-07-22 14:44:37 UTC

But above all.. Know Thyself.

2018-07-22 14:46:55 UTC

Yeah, people tend to know others better than themselves, and so want to make themselves like the others... such a shame really that they are so insecure about their own existence

2018-07-22 14:48:15 UTC

A regular fasting routine will cause your anabolic growth hormones to start kicking and make you feel like a 12 year old boy all over again aahaha. Yup, I said it. If you stop eating, you start growing. And incidentally, now you know where Goliath the giant from the Bible came from. http://liveanabolic.com/why-men-are-anabolic-fasting-for-mass/

2018-07-22 14:50:16 UTC

Because you are growing, you will also start healing old as well as current injuries. My 15 tear-old back-pain is gone. And after 45 years, I threw away my Asthma inhaler. I use no medication whatsoever.

2018-07-22 14:51:19 UTC

The thing that always gets me with the nay sayers are that they arent willing to actually try things... they accpet these complete opposite extremes, if it is not one extreme, it must be the other extreme, not trying to reconcile the extremes and find the balance.

2018-07-22 14:58:33 UTC

It is my belief that the death en resurrection of Jesus Christ in the Bible is a metaphor for a three day fast. Like the article suggests, your old immune dies and a new one is born after three days. So from that old knowledge I gather that we should be fasting over Easter - so at least one three day fast a year for all adults, and as needed during the rest of the year. Someone knew this, and I hope to bring as much of the old knowledge back as I can. It's all there. You just need to have an very very open mind.

2018-07-22 15:01:22 UTC

Yeah after learning about ketosis and how it rhymes with the whole ressurection idea, i got intrigued by it.

2018-07-22 15:02:31 UTC

I recently did a 10 day fast, but not for religious reasons, but rather as a kind of a detox.

2018-07-22 15:02:50 UTC

It was a hard fast however, as no food is allowed at all, not even after sundown.

2018-07-22 15:02:59 UTC

But I gotta tell you, I feel so much better

2018-07-22 15:04:09 UTC

Doesnt have to be motivated by religion, but you can attest to the fact that it has a profound experience on you though... that is the point. We are conditioned into the 3 meal day habbit, which ought to make us question what it does for us

2018-07-22 15:05:25 UTC

I do however agree with you that it is good to fast for religious reasons. As a Christian myself, I can see tremendous the value in it.

2018-07-22 15:06:19 UTC

Hi @TruthCanary , wow I've never done that long. It's rarely necessary to go that long I think. But yes that is proper fasting - no carbs at all. In the beginning I had coffee with creamer, don't do the cremora anymore though but I still drink one or two cups of filter coffee in the morning even if I am fasting. It is a small but important comfort, especially in the beginning when you are learning.

2018-07-22 15:07:15 UTC

I wouldnt go to the extents of proclaiming breatharianism though lol

2018-07-22 15:11:02 UTC

I still struggle to take this very seriously lol

2018-07-22 15:15:01 UTC

@Sheamus It is said that the path to a mans heart is through his stomach. Truer words have never been spoken... but some have been left out. Yes the path to a mans heart is through his stomach, but not if you put food in it. The food blocks-off your Source connection because your body has to produce acid to digest the food. When the lead-acid battery in your car goes flat, it's because all the Alkalinity has been used up and it is now in an acidic state. Same goes for the human body - if your body (which is an alkaline battery - remember I said electric universe) is flat, you start getting sick. And you re-charge by not eating and getting plenty of sun. Your body has a pH level just like a car battery or your swimming pool.

2018-07-22 15:15:34 UTC

@Deejay from Earth Yeah it was not easy. The first 2 days were accompanied by migranes, but after that it became easier somehow. On the 8th and 9th day however, I couldn't stop thinking about some lekker braaivleis. During the 10 days, the only liquids that I drank, was either water, or lemon juice, infused with a mixture of Maple Syrup and cayenne pepper

2018-07-22 15:17:34 UTC

Btw, for all the Christians in this group, I hope you are following this guy

I have seen some of his vids, kinda enjoy praying medic and SGT report from that community though

2018-07-22 15:21:30 UTC

@TruthCanary Can I tell you a secret... if you are struggling to fast, get rid of as much clutter in your house as you can. It frees up space in your mind to think of spiritual things. We do not get possessed by Demons - we are possessed by our own possessions. Your mind remembers and counts and quantifies EVERYTHING in your life. You know how good you feel after spring cleaning the house or the garage? This thing with materialism and not having possessions and stuff... is entirely physiological. Trust me, get rid of your shit, it makes a difference. And the less you have, the more what you have now means to you. Which makes it even more difficult to throw stuff away.

2018-07-22 15:25:29 UTC

Less is indeed more... The more we desire, the less we have.

2018-07-22 15:32:33 UTC

@TruthCanary Yep ask the flat earth community, it happens to them all the time. Simply gets deleted off the internet.
