Correction...SAPS, South Africa Police SERVICE...it's clearly stated as a service and not a right / privilage
Make sure you have a large enough network of people to help you sort them out and protect you against SAPS

Citezens arrest? If you as a single individual can manage to arrest 20 land occupiers. What do you do with them. The SAP will not get involved so they will simply release them and probably end up arresting you instead
