@Guss nothing can happen without change in the constitution first. the owner can simply block it via the court, the ANC first needs to ammend then they can EWC
Ramaphosa now knows he needs to act before the elections in 2019, i think he was playing for time to get more votes for the ANC, hence delaying this process as much as he can.
Im going down the list of farms released on Afriforums Website. Starting with the property listed under Vhembe District Municipality. Both Lukin 643 MS and Salaita 188 MT are situated about 35km outside of Makhado (Louis Trichardt) Limpopo. These were originally owned and explored by Iscor (now Arcelor Mittal Steel South Africa) and massive coal deposits have been found in this area. Why would the ANC be looking for coal deposits? Especially when, due to Eskom encouraging consumers to consume less energy, has a surplus capacity? Looks like the Chinese didnt give us those investment deals for nothing boys.
List of farms
The two farms in question
Maybe all the other is also with some "dark" plan.
Even as simple as. Claim a useless piece of land between productive farms, and the productive ones will go ape shit in 1 year with a squatter camp next to it
Shareholding companies of MC Mining.
Goodjob snek
Seems like government is blocking them so that they can claim the land. Probably to give it to their new chinese friends with the deals ramaphosa recently cut.
The five farms that falls under that project
Fripp, Tanga, Windhoek, Lukin and Salaita.
Is only Lukin and Salaita on the list
Its seems like those are the only ones MC Mining is having trouble getting their hands on. Lukin and Salaitia are the only ones mentioned in the leaks.\
Yes the only two on the list.
I now think that list is a list that has been in their registry for a long time as it's close to to 200 farms. Probably farms that have been targeted over the years.
They have researched which 132 of that list is the most valuable to them
the list is real AF boys. This rabbit hole goes deep. M&G investment management LTD is a UK based investment firm and has links to Prudential in SA. MFW Expropriation Without Compensation is a White Monopoly Capital construct.
Should research more of those limpopo farms on the list
Are you going through the list? ill check out the limpopo farms
Most of these farms, not just in Limpopo will have resources needed by these Globeshitter companies. I dont have a problem with them operating in SA, they should just pay market value for these lands.
Here is another weird one:
#17 Noordwes Dr. Ruth Segomotsi Mompati Klondike 670 IN
http://www.sahra.org.za/sahris/cases/amda-klondike-echo-solar-energy-facility
proposed development of the amda echo pv (solar energy facility) on __remaining extent of the farm klondike no 670__, and overhead power line grid connection to the mookodi mts sub-station across the remainder of erf 506 and remainder of the farm rosendal 673, vryburg district, north west province
Im hopping in the shower quickly. Going to comb through every last single one of them and see what kind of value they have and if these lands have been linked to any major International Investment firms.
Aangename kennis @JJ, welkom by **Willem Petzer Live Chat** π¨πΌβπΎποΈ
There is definitely more to this than people think
Those northern cape farms will connect to some fracking project i'm sure of it
Same other farms will have something to hide just like Lukin and Salaita
Land reform for the "people" they sayπ

Kinda sucks, i missed his farewell party π
@HoppeanSnake_ZA Should check also if they are in close proximity of proposed projects, especially mining projects/companies.
@Gonzo Yes sir, follow the money and we will find the truth.
am I being moved to afk? :S
According to the netwerk24 article, all of the 134 farmers were offered a "reasonable price" which they declined. So all of those farmers are already aware who's farms were targeted. Is that why ramaphosa went on national TV to threaten them to take the offer because EWC will come regardless "Exproptiation with little compensation" .
The ANC tried to play it as a full on "Expropriation" to get the people hyped and on their side as if they are doing the right thing meanwhile they were already in discussion with the farmers and willing to pay an amount but it backfired.
