They usually make you register a number. Then they lock you out and require a phone call but won't call burner app numbers

1. Turn on VPN
2. Download Mozilla incognito mode app(for phone and tablet)
3. Download the Burner App
4. Create new phone #
5. Create new email on Tutanota
6. Signup for Twitter on Mozilla Incognito app and with VPN on

If they won't call your Burner App #, you can write an email requesting that your account be unlocked. I actually had to do that with my current account. To bypass this, you can use Google to make Burner phone #s

Then do you have to be logged into a VPN all the time just to use twitter

@FucknOathMate Since a USA # is required for Google, try getting a USA number on Skype. Use this to bypass google's requirements.

But maybe the vpn is compromised or uses the same range of IP addresses for everyone

Devices are associated by mac usuallly but vpn ought to hide that
