2017-02-23 01:51:39 UTC

It's it better to watch videos and read books, or just have someone more experienced walk you through it?

2017-02-23 01:51:52 UTC

Everyone learns differently chef

Question: When it comes to arm physique, is it all genetics whether your arm (after bulking) looks round or angular, or is there a sure-fire way to alway bulk up to this shape? http://cdn-maf2.heartyhosting.com/sites/muscleandfitness.com/files/styles/full_node_image_1090x614/public/forearm_9.jpg?itok=-ZtQwjsY

A lot has to do with genetics. My base line body is dense muscle with middle of the road def and low body fat. I have to diet hard to get super ripped

2017-02-23 02:00:06 UTC

It's very difficult for me

2017-02-23 02:00:50 UTC

I see.
