Yeah. Ya'll said there are some good books?
Couldn't find the info
Sadly this photograph ruins my theory that you are secretly Charls from MDE, @Asgardian117.
My middle name is Charles lol
It's it better to watch videos and read books, or just have someone more experienced walk you through it?
Everyone learns differently chef
Trial and error brothe r
You sound very similar to him, in addition to having similar political beliefs and interests (lifitng)
Yeah makes sense
I learned by watching and being spoken to I didn't absorb info from books well on this topic
Just gotta start doing it then!
Did hour of legs and hour of arms/chest
I just picked up weights for the first time in 5 weeks last Monday. Legs still hurt. I've been doing all body weight exercises with heavy cardio
Ah shit you're right
Well fuck I just realized I didn't leave a link to Starting Strength
actually nevermind its there
we just had a lot of links this week
Question: When it comes to arm physique, is it all genetics whether your arm (after bulking) looks round or angular, or is there a sure-fire way to alway bulk up to this shape? http://cdn-maf2.heartyhosting.com/sites/muscleandfitness.com/files/styles/full_node_image_1090x614/public/forearm_9.jpg?itok=-ZtQwjsY
A lot has to do with genetics. My base line body is dense muscle with middle of the road def and low body fat. I have to diet hard to get super ripped
It's very difficult for me
There is no such thing as spot reduction either. If ur gonna lose weight it will be all over
I've gotten past the point of losing weight
My goals now are all about getting big again, the right way.
Gotta eat big to get big
